An executive with Standard Amusements, LLC, for nearly a decade, Yorktown, New York, Andrew Maniglia guides the multifaceted redevelopment of the historic Playland Park. His $60 million project responsibilities include community relations and coordinating plans with the Westchester County Board of Legislators. Andrew Maniglia excels in navigating municipal bond ordinances, undertaking site reviews, and positioning a complex project with many moving pieces for success.

Since 2013, Andrew Maniglia has engaged with the Ginsburg Development Corporation as a consultant and informed diverse mixed-use and residential developments. He has been involved in grant writing that forged partnerships with municipalities and agencies, including the HUD Economic Development Initiative and the New York State Empire Opportunity Fund Grant. He has also researched potential sites and performed financial analysis on parcels, including zoning changes that may be required.

Mr. Maniglia has a longstanding passion for music and the arts. He was the leader, conductor, and arranger of the Iona College Jazz Stage Band. He was active with the club/show band Sounds Unlimited in his last year of undergraduate studies and successfully composed commercial jingles, including one integrated into a greeting card company’s nationwide campaign. He focuses most of his musical compositions on sacred pieces for the Catholic Church.
